This study has the objective to develop a quality system of operational management and human resources management at the Bali Hotel. The quality system is developed from the Standard Operating Procedure of operational management and human resources to facilitate and expedite the work.
This study uses the Research and Development of Sugiyono, which has been modified by researchers according to the needs of the company. The research will begin from the potential and problems proceed to data collection, product design, design validation, product revision, and the finished product. The data collection instruments are observation, interviews, and questionnaires that are validated via two experts that are qualified academics and expert practitioners
The results of the validation test experts both operational management and human resources management has a very high value category. A very high score indicates that the two Standard Operating Procedures would be feasible for use for the Bali Hotel
