Abstract:
The leadership style is one of supporting the success of a company. This study
analyzes the influence of leadership style with indicators of Persuasive Style,
Style of refresif, Style of Participatory and Innovative Style on work
performance of the capability and motivation of the village administration at
Sanankerto-Malang. The method used was survey method with quantitative
approach, and collecting data by distributing questionnaires to the respondents.
The data analysis technique is simple regression analysis. The results of this
study partially that the regression coefficients leadership style variable (X)
is 0.652, meaning that the variable x has positive influence on job performance
(Y), with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05. Results of t-count of
8449 is greater than t-table for 1692 and the results of the F test
(simultaneous test) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 means that the
style of leadership and a significant positive effect on work performance. Besides,
the research is also consistent with previous studies and relevant theories on
leadership style and work performance factors.
